I’ve had it for a bit now and it still looks good, so I’m happy with that. i’m always a little wary of having to deal with customer service if something goes wrong, but so far I haven’t had any reason to contact them.

I ordered some prints and was happy with how they turned out. The price was low enough that I wasn’t expecting anything too fancy, but they actually looked really nice. The only downside for me was that the shipping cost felt a bit high, but overall I still felt like it was a good deal

i actually found the editing tools simple to use. cropping and moving my photos around was easy, and the preview made it way less confusing. it took me a little bit to figure out where a few options were, but overall it worked well

I tried to do something basic, upload some photos and place an order, but wow, that site was a clunky little nightmare. Pages took forever to load, the menus made no sense, and I had to redo the same steps more than once like some kind of fool. The cart was acting sketchy too and didn’t always update properly. Maybe the prints are decent, but that garbage website made me give up before I could even find out.

My prints showed up in good shape, and I was just relieved I didn’t have to deal with another damaged order or contact customer service again. The envelope was sturdier than I expected, and nothing was bent, which was my main worry. It took a little bit of effort to open cleanly, but I’d rather have that than flimsy packaging. Overall, happy with how it arrived.

I was just trying to upload some photos for a simple order, but the whole thing was actually frustrating right from the start. The site kept freezing on me, and a few pictures failed to upload without really telling me why.
I ended up having to re-upload the same files more than once, and then some of them showed up in the wrong order. It felt slow, confusing, and not something I wanted to keep messing with.

I actually gave up before I could even finish the order. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me the upload process was bad.

My order took way too long to process. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a basic order moving, but apparently even that was too much to handle.

I was happy with how the prints came out overall. The colors looked nice and true to what I expected, though one of the photos was just a little softer than I’d hoped. Still, I’d probably order again for everyday prints

I ordered some prints of family photos and the colors came back looking really different from what I saw on my screen. The skin tones had this weird orange tint, and the blues looked flat and dull. I get that screens and prints don’t always match perfectly, but this was obvious. I also felt kind of ignored when I tried to figure out what happened, which made the whole thing more frustrating. Disappointed, and I don’t think I’ll use ezprints again

My photo order showed up wrong, trying to get help was just a pain. I kept getting bounced around from one person to another, and nobody really seemed to fix anything. It was mostly excuses and a lot of waiting around, which got old fast.

I had some kind of issue with my order and ended up asking for a replacement. It took longer than I thought it would, and when the new prints showed up, they still weren’t quite right. I did eventually get the refund, but only after checking in a few times, which got old. Maybe it was just one of those situations, but overall it wasn’t a great experience...

I ordered some photo prints from EZ Prints when they had a discount code running. With the promo, the price was decent, but without it I’d probably think twice because it feels a little high. The code worked at checkout without any hassle, which I appreciated because I don’t have the patience to fight with coupon codes. Shipping was fine, not exactly quick, but it got here eventually. The prints looked good enough, so I’d use them again, but probably only when there’s another sale

I ordered a few prints and the paper felt really cheap and thin. The colors were okay I guess, but the paper made the whole thing look like it came off my home printer. For the price, I was expecting way better. Probabaly won’t order from them again

I was really disappointed when my photos arrived. The cropping was way off and a few of them weren’t centered at all, with people’s heads cut off even though the previews looked fine when I ordered. I regret not going with another print service because these just aren’t usable. Definitely not ordering again.

When I opened the package, I could tell right away something was off. The prints weren’t the ones I picked, the size was wrong, and it felt like I got someone else’s order entirely. I kept checking the details, thinking maybe I missed something, but the pattern was clear: nothing matched what I ordered.

so I’m still waiting on my order and it hasn’t even arrived yet. The shipping is taking way longer than I expected.

I stopped by hoping to find a few options, but the selection was limited. There just wasn’t much to pick from, which was kind of disappointing...

Ordering was straightforward, so I thought everything would be fine at first.

But when I had an issue with my print and reached out, it took days to get a response... and when they finally replied, it felt like they hadn’t really read my message. I had to explain the whole thing again, which was super frustrating :/

The product itself was okay, nothing terrible, but the slow and not-so-helpful support made the whole experience annoying. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they improve how they handle replies
